Cancellation/nO sHOW pOLICY

We kindly ask that when needing to change or cancel any appointments, we require a 24 hour business day notice. If a 24 hour notice is not given you will be charged the appointment fee of one half the service, unless we are able to fill that appointment slot. Every attempt will be made to fill the opening. If your appointment falls on a Monday, notice must be given by the end of business day Friday. If you do not show for your appointment, and no call was made to cancel, you will be responsible for the entire appointment fee.
