Cancellation/nO sHOW pOLICY

 Thank you to all our loyal customers, and all our new customers to the Casa Di Bella family! We kindly ask that you remember when needing to change or cancel any appointments, we require a 24 hour business day notice. If a 24 hour notice is not given you will be charged the appointment fee of one half the service, unless we are able to fill that appointment slot. Every attempt will be made to fill the opening. If your appointment falls on a Monday, notice must be given by the end of business day Friday. If you do not show for your appointment, and no call was made to cancel, you will be responsible for the entire appointment fee. If you are too late to your appointment and can not be seen, you will be responsible for the full fee of the scheduled service.
